Keyboard Shortcuts for Microsoft Word

Microsoft Word is arguably the most popular word processing system in the world today. But many who use this word processing system have not yet learned all its secrets. Microsoft Word has a number of ways to get what you want in a nutshell without going too far.

The positive sign (+) in these instructions is used to indicate that several keys should be pressed simultaneously. For example, Alt + F8 means that both the Alt and F8 keys must be pressed simultaneously. This can also be done by holding down the Alt key and pressing the A key.

1. (Macros) Alt + F8 to wake up the Macros dialog box
